On the back of the camera are 4 film-style filters that are built into the camera. If you don’t choose one, the pictures will automatically use the first ‘colour’ filter or whichever filter the switch is sitting on at the time. The second is black and white, the third is sepia and the fourth is cool or blue. Each filter brings a new look and feel to the photos!

To take a 10-second video, you’ll either use a video function card or an external power bank and the USB cord that came with the camera. If you’re using the function card, insert the card chip up underneath the SD card slot inside the camera. Go to the 3rd filter and then press the shutter button on the front. If you’re using a power bank, connect the power back to the camera using the USB cord that came with the camera. Go to the 3rd filter again and press the shutter button on the front. The camera will start recording video and sound for 10 second before ending the video.

To take a time-lapse video, you’ll need to use either an external power bank or a video function card. If you’re using a function card, all you’ll need to do is insert the function card into the camera and go to the 4th filter and then click the shutter button on the front. If you’re using a power bank, use the USB cord that came with the camera to connect the power bank to the camera. You’ll then do the same thing, go to the 4th filter and then click the shutter button. You’ll want to set your camera up because it’ll take approximately 30 minutes to create a 10-second time-lapse video. The camera needs to be left in the same position as it will take a photo every second for 30 minutes. We suggest propping the camera up and leaving it alone until the time is up. After the 30 minutes, give your SD card just a few minutes to compile all the photos together to create the video.
