Please ensure you remove the sticker that is placed on the camera lens.

If you are using the Micro/Macro lens and your photos are blurry, this is because this lens is meant for close up shots of only a couple inches away from the subject. If you take photos from further away it will be blurry and out of focus.

If these are not your issues - please click here for a step by step troubleshooting process.

Please restart your computer & then format your SD card to the following settings.

How To Use A Paper Shoot Camera

The shutter button is located on the front of the camera, simply aim your camera at your subject and then click the shutter button.

The filter settings are located at the back of the camera. There will be a switch where you can toggle the various filters.

Filter 1: Colour
Filter 2: Black & White
Filter 3: Sepia / Warm Tone (Time-Lapse)
Filter 4: Cool Tone (10 Second Video Recording)

There are 2 ways to take a 10 second video recording.

Plug your camera into a power bank, put the colour filter to the 4th setting and click the shutter button.
Insert a function card and put the colour filter to the fourth setting and click the shutter button.

There are 2 ways to take a 10 time-lapse recording.

Plug your camera into a power bank, put the colour filter to the 3rd setting and click the shutter button.
Insert a function card and put the colour filter to the 3rd setting and click the shutter button.

Please Note: to get a 10 second time-lapse video, you must record for 30 minutes. The camera will continue to make the shutter sound for the full 30 minutes and will stop once complete.

The lenses are fastened on by magnets. Take off the cover, and the magnetic cover to put onto your computer.

How do I put together a paper shoot camera?
Please watch this video.

Please use AAA rechargeable batteries. Here are our recommended brands.

Please use a 32GB SD card for best performance. You can either purchase from us.

Or alternatively here is a list of our recommended brands.

There are two ways to access your photos.

Plug your camera into your computer using the provided USB cable
Plug your SD card into your computer or phone

If you need an SD card reader for phone or computer, here are our recommended products.

If you would like to transfer directly to your phone, we recommend getting an SD card adapter for your phone. You can find where to buy here.

You can also access your photos on your computer and transfer them to your phone manually.

You can print your photos by bringing them to a local print shop. Bring a USB stick or SD card and the photos can be printed from there.

Due to the cameras simplicity, there is no screen on the cameras to change the date as it will default back every time the batteries are removed.

To avoid the photos being pushed to the back of your camera roll, we suggest to sort your files by “Date Added” rather than “Date Taken”
