Standard Return

Most of our products can be returned within 7 days. To be eligible for a standard return your item must be in good / unused condition & must include all original parts & packaging. Standard returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit.

Note: standard return is not meant for defective items

Pre-Order & Limited Edition

Pre-Order & Limited Edition products are not eligible for a refund or return. These are produced specifically for the order you placed, so a refund cannot be made after we have produced the product for you. 


Factory Exchange

Our products have a factory warranty of 6 months. This means if your camera becomes defective within 6 months of purchasing it you are eligible for an exchange.

To be eligible for a factory exchange your item must be deemed “defective” by one of our customer service representatives.

Please ensure you have gone through our troubleshooting guide before submitting a factory exchange inquiry. The cameras use LED lights and noises to indicate common errors, and there typically is an easy fix to the issue you may be facing. Our in depth guide will go over the error indicators and provide a solution.

Damaged Upon Arrival

Items can sometimes be damaged during transit. If an item in your order is damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately. We will provide you with a replacement.
